Standard fees:

Individual therapy offered in 50-minute sessions at $70; or 30-minute sessions at $50.

Couples therapy sessions are offered in 60-minute sessions at $90; or 45 minute sessions at $75.

Accepted payment types:

Cash and check are accepted payment forms.  A Paypal link can be sent to you before a session for payment if you would like. Payment is required at the time of service unless other arrangements are made before the session. 

Insurance options:

At this time, I do not bill insurance directly.  However, your insurance may cover partial or full payment for my sessions.  You will have to call your insurance for information.  If you are covered, I will provide you with an invoice to process a claim for reimbursement of the cost.  Below are some questions that are helpful to ask your insurance company:

  • Do my insurance benefits include mental health services?
  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
  • Will I be required to pay a copay?
  • Is there a limit to the number of sessions per year my plan covers?
  • What is my deductible?
  • Do I need to get approval from my primary care physician?

Cancellations:

I require notification at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot make your appointment. If you miss your appointment and fail to notify me within 24 hours, I require payment for the cost of the missed session.
